💰 Quotations & Payments

• All price quotes are valid for 30 days.
• A part of the total cost (usually 50–70%) is paid in advance.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or digital methods only.
• Delays in payment may lead to project pauses or small late fees.

🏗️ Installation & Timelines

We work hard to complete projects on time, but factors like weather, permits, or approvals can sometimes cause delays. Please make sure:

• The site is accessible and safe
• You or your representative are available during work hours

📝 Permits & Subsidies

We’ll help you apply for necessary government permits and solar subsidies. However, approvals and subsidy amounts are controlled by government authorities, not by us.

🛡️ Warranties & Support

Your system comes with trusted warranties:

• Solar panels: Up to 25 years performance warranty
• Inverter: 5–10 years (depending on brand)
• SunRuf workmanship: 5 years

We’ll assist you with any warranty claims and provide ongoing customer support.

🧹 Maintenance

To keep your system performing well:

• Clean the panels every few weeks
• Avoid tampering or DIY repairs
• Report any issues to our support team

We also offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for easy, worry-free upkeep.

⚖️ Liability

We take full responsibility for our workmanship, but we can’t cover losses due to weather, customer misuse, or factors beyond our control.

🤝 Dispute Resolution

If any issue arises, we’ll first try to resolve it through discussion. If needed, it can be settled through arbitration under Indian law.

🔒 Privacy & Data

We collect only the information we need to deliver your project and support you. We never sell your data and protect it with strict security measures.

🧾 Updates to Terms

⚠️ Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our products or services:

• You may cancel your order before the product is shipped.
• A site visit charge of ₹500 will be deducted from your refund.
• Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
